Caesars Windsor and its card
Caesars Windsor is a casino in Windsor, in the Southwestern Ontario region of this guide. The card that works here is Caesars Rewards.
Caesars Rewards at Caesars Windsor
Caesars Windsor takes Caesars Rewards, and in this guide it is the only casino that does. Elsewhere in Southwestern Ontario, the other seven casinos in this guide take My Club Rewards. No card in this guide works at casinos of two different operators, so a visit to Windsor and a visit to London call for different cards.
The guide did not read the joining rules for Caesars Rewards at Caesars Windsor, so it gives none here. Guest Services at the casino can say how to join and what to bring. The casino answers at 519-258-7878, or toll free at 1-800-991-7777.
The casino and its hotel
Caesars Windsor is a casino with a hotel on the Windsor waterfront. Caesars Entertainment has run it for OLG since March 3, 2026, through an operating agreement that lasts 20 years. To confirm those hours, including holiday hours, visit the casino's own site, caesars.com/caesars-windsor.
More than 2,000 slot machines and more than 80 table games fill the floor. Dynasty electronic tables carry iTable Blackjack, Roulette, Blackjack and Mini-Baccarat. The hotel has 758 guest rooms in two towers, Augustus and Forum. Concerts and shows are staged at The Colosseum, which has 5,000 seats.
Getting to the door
The address of Caesars Windsor is 377 Riverside Drive East, Windsor, ON N9A 7H7. Close to where the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel comes out on the Canadian side, it overlooks the Detroit skyline from the Detroit River waterfront. Ontario sets 19 as the minimum age for casinos, and that rule applies at this venue too.
This guide did not read the casino's ID rules, so it lists none. A call to 519-258-7878 before the visit can settle what to carry at the door.
